You must cancel any bookings made online via the www.tenhillplace.com by logging back into availability and bookings. Terms, conditions and cancellation policies may vary depending on the room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your online booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from a third party to cover you in the event of cancellation.
Unless you have made your reservation(s) on a promotional rate, which requires pre-payment, no charges will be made to your Credit/Debit card prior to your check-out.
Upon Check-In, we will ask for a valid Credit/Debit Card so that we may make an authorisation for guarantee purposes only to cover the cost of your stay and any incidentals.
If your reservation is pre-paid, the authorization will only be required to cover against any incidentals.
Should you wish to pay for your reservation(s) before check-out, we can happily do this for you. If you would like to pay with Cash this is also not a problem. Please note that we will require a full payment on arrival if using Cash as well as a valid Credit/Debit card for guarantee.
We do not currently have any on-site parking facilities available for guests however, we are happy to offer discounted parking at the nearby NCP car park.
We can provide our guests with a nightly rate of £11, correct as of June 2018.

As we do not have a Leisure Centre or Spa on site we have set an arrangement with the Holyrood Hotel on Holyrood Road, just a short walk from the hotel. A pass for their health club will cost £5.00.
If you wish to use the club or spa then please contact reception who will assist with the booking or call ahead to announce your arrival.
Your room will be ready from 15:00, the check-in time. If you need your room much earlier in the day, this can be arranged by booking your room from the night before. This secures your room for your early arrival. If you would like the hotel to arrange this for you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yes. We can store luggage free of charge if you arrive before we can check you in, or after you check out.
Yes we offer 24 hour room service. There is a Room Service Menu provided in your room. Menus vary depending on the time of day.
Yes, we offer use of high chairs in No. Ten Restaurant, complimentary use of baby cots in our bedrooms and we can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child in our superior category with an additional rollaway bed, a supplement for the rollaway bed does apply. Alternatively we do have a number of adjoining rooms available on request at Ten Hill Place Hotel.
