Drinks & Dining provides a safe & comfortable space for you to enjoy a chilled glass of wine, a light pre theatre meal or indulge in our à la carte menu. All staff have been trained on new hygiene measures and creating a safe environment, with one-way systems in operation. Social distancing is being fully observed, and all guests within the restaurant & bar are asked to provide contact details as part of the Scottish Government's Test & Protect Programme. An Award Winning Experience
Our Executive Chef, Alan Dickson, has been honored with Chef of the Year for Edinburgh and Lothians awards. In 2017, Alan took home first place at the Scottish national finals, and in 2019 Alan won regional the Chef of the Year of the Scottish Hotel Award.
Alan likes to cook with fresh, local produce, and he believes few places have a better natural larder than Scotland. His thoughts on restaurant menus are simple - when dining out, you should experience something you cannot in your own home. Your food should always exceed expectations.
Planning to hold a private dinner for up to 14 guests? Our stunning private dining area The Wee Snug is perfect for the occasion. Our exclusive space can also hold up to 25 for private drinks. For larger numbers, the Big Snug can accommodate up to 50 people for private dining.
