An Award Winning Experience

Alan Dickson, our Executive Chefwon Chef of the Year for Scotland in 2017 and Chef of the Year for Edinburgh and Lothians in 2018. Head Chef Jamie Reid took the regional prize this year, marking the third year in a row our chefs have been honoured.

Alan and Jamie like to cook with fresh, local produce, and Alan believes few places have a better natural larder than Scotland. His thoughts on restaurant menus are simple - when dining out, you should experience something you cannot in your own home. Your food should always exceed expectations.
