Drinks & Dining provides a comfortable space for you to enjoy a chilled glass of wine, a light meal or indulge in our à la carte menu. A stone's throw from Festival Theatre, we now offer a quick and satisfying pre-theatre menu with two courses for just £15; the perfect start to your night out.
We serve an excellent variety of wines supplied by Corney & Barrow, local ales and a wonderful selection of malt whiskies, gins and other spirits. The cocktail menu is a must for those who enjoy an aperitif before dining.
The bar is open from 10.00am to 1.00am every night. Light snacks, soup and sandwiches are available to order.

An Award Winning Experience
Alan Dickson, our Executive Chef, won Chef of the Year for Scotland in 2017 and Chef of the Year for Edinburgh and Lothians in 2018. Head Chef Jamie Reid took the regional prize this year, marking the third year in a row our chefs have been honoured.
Alan and Jamie like to cook with fresh, local produce, and Alan believes few places have a better natural larder than Scotland. His thoughts on restaurant menus are simple - when dining out, you should experience something you cannot in your own home. Your food should always exceed expectations.

Situated on Nicolson Street, Cafe 1505 is open from 7.00am to 5.30pm and serves breakfasts, light meals and sweet treats. Hotel guests get a 10% discount and can charge directly to their bedroom accounts.
