How and when do I pay?

This depends on your booking type:

  • Prepaid, non-refundable bookings are paid at the time of booking.
  • Flexible bookings are paid when you settle your hotel bill.
  • Third-party bookings (such as Booking.com or Expedia) are paid directly to the provider at the time of payment.

Will I see this on my bill?

Are there any exemptions?

Some guests may be eligible.

  • You’ll still need to pay the levy initially
  • You can then apply for a refund through the Council

What if I cancel my booking?
