We are situated very close to the Edinburgh Festival Theatre, meaning we are in a prime location if you are planning on coming to Edinburgh to see one of the many shows at the theatre.

If you already have theatre tickets, and are simply looking for accomodation during your visit to Edinburgh, use the "Book Now" form at the top of the page to check room availability. The Carvery at No. Ten Restaurant is available for pre-theatre dining, and the hotel's 10 Wine Bar provides charming surroundings in which to discuss the evening's show over a glass of wine. 

Once in a while we will collaborate with the theatre to create a special package combining accommodation and tickets to popular shows, so watch this space if you would like to see a performance at the Festival Theatre.
