Edinburgh City Centre is becoming a Low Emission Zone. The Transport and Environment Committee approved the Low Emission Zone Scheme Proposal, following legal processes. The city centre LEZ was approved by Scottish Ministers and enforcement will start on 1st June 2024. Please visit the City of Edinburgh Council Website for further information and use the Vehicle Checker to see if your vehicle meets LEZ standards.

Classic Room
This was fantastic value for money... Room was furbished to a wonderful standard and the bathroom was lovely. Best shower I've had in any hotel and I've stayed in loads all over the world.

Designed with the frequent traveller in mind, the Classic Room has all that is required to enjoy a relaxing stay with a peaceful night’s sleep with en-suite baths and/or shower rooms. The Classic Room is available in both double & twin.
The Loft Room
On arrival the staff were very welcoming & we were upgraded to a loft room. The room was super cosy and so warm with complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate & shortbread (we were in heaven). The breakfast was amazing with so many choices we sampled something different every day! I would definitely stay here again.

Light, bright and modern, our Loft rooms are located on the top floor of the hotel, and are all equipped with 43” flat screen TV’s, mini fridges and dining areas as standard with en-suite shower rooms.
Deluxe Room
The hotel itself seems pretty new and the staff were really friendly. I absolutely adored our room, it had so much space!! The bathroom was beautiful, the room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable!!

Superior Room
The friendly, helpful and considerate attitude of the staff was a constant theme of our weekend stay at this lovely venue. Our room was lovely... comfortable bed, plenty of blankets to add to the duvet if needed, comfy pillows, cotton covers/sheets.

Skyline Junior Suite
The room was stunning, with a huge comfy bed, great facilities and lovely views over Edinburgh. Nice little touches such as fluffy dressing gowns and towels, shortbread biscuits with a range of hot drinks, a lovely dressing table area, funky chill out seats and your luggage taken to your room.

The Skyline Junior suites have fantastic views of the city skyline. With both spacious seating and dining areas, they are the complete suite package. All rooms contain a mini fridge.

Accessible Rooms
We stayed for a week in an accessible room. The room was comfortable and having a wet room was very convenient. They have wonderful towels and robes! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help. The location couldn't be better.
