From the West and Airport

Travelling east from the M8, take the A8 keeping to the right hand lane. This will take you through the underpass. Go straight and follow signs for City Centre for approximately 4.5 miles. You will see The Caledonian Hotel on the right hand side and The House of Frazer and Ryan's Bar on the left hand side. This is the beginning of Princes Street and is restricted to public transport, meaning you cannot drive through Princes Street. Turn right at The Caledonian Hotel onto Lothian Road and take the first left onto King Stables Road. Drive all the way to the end of this road, taking you to the Grassmarket. Take a left and drive for approximately 200 metres. Take the first turning on your left, Victoria Street and drive to the top. Turn right and drive for approximately 200 metres and turn first left onto Chambers Street. Drive to the bottom and turn right. Drive for approximately 200 metres until you reach The Festival Theatre. Turn left onto Hill Place and ten hill place hotel is on your right at the bottom of Hill Place.

From the North

After the Forth Road Bridge follow signs for the City Centre for approximately 8 miles. Turn left onto Randolph Crescent and first left onto Great Stuart Street. This road will take you onto Queen Street. Drive to the end of Queen Street until you come to a roundabout. Take the second exit. Drive to the top and keep in the left hand lane. Follow the traffic in this lane to take you onto North Bridge. Drive for half a mile until you get to the Festival Theatre. Turn left onto Hill Place. ten hill place hotel is on your right at the bottom of Hill Place.

From the South

Following the A1, you will arrive in the city centre. You will come to a roundabout on Leith Walk where you turn left. Drive to the next roundabout, go straight on. Drive to the top and keep in the left hand lane. Follow the traffic in this lane to take you onto North Bridge. Drive for half a mile until you get to the Festival Theatre. Turn left onto Hill Place and ten hill place hotel is on your right at the bottom of Hill Place.
