|RCSEd hosts Sabah meeting|

The RCSEd is to hold this year’s Borneo Scientific Meeting. Titled ‘Borneo Surgical Delights’, the meeting will take place at the Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Medical School on 3 November 2012.
Meeting coordinator, Professor Datuk Muthusamy commented: “We hope that this will be the vanguard for many future joint activities with The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. We shall strive to make this meeting useful for not only the surgeons practising in Sabah, but to all who are involved in improving the surgical care for those in Sabah and the regions around.”
RCSEd President, Mr David Tolley said: “The RCSEd is committed to helping the surgical fraternity in various parts of South East Asia by utilising our overseas Fellows to develop the science and craft of surgery through encouraging collaboration between fellows of all colleges in the pursuit of surgical excellence.”
